OSRAM SYLVANIA is a leading manufacturer of precision tungsten rod products for use as electrodes in Gas Tungsten Arc-Welding (GTAW) also known as Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG). These electrodes are also used for Plasma Welding. OSRAM SYLVANIA electrodes are sold under the SYLVANIA brand name. All Sylvania tungsten electrodes comply with AWS Specification A5.12-98.
